This pattern is designed by Joyce Jones, teacher, designer and author of "Uncovering Traditional Quilts".

This design has three different sized lanterns, each softly padded to give a 3D illusion and avoid the necessity to quilt. The only quilting needed is on the dark background fabric. Step by step instructions are included.

The finished quilt is 29" X 38".
